The OSP is mandated to investigate and prosecute a person who participates in, associates with, conspires to commit, attempts to commit, prepares to commit, aids, facilitates, promotes, instigates, counsels, procures, commands, or encourages any of these offences in any capacity as an accomplice, assistant, or instigator.
