CR/0006/2023 The Republic v.Cecilia Abena Dapaah

The trial of Cecilia Abena Dapaah, former minister for Sanitation and Water Resources is pending before the Criminal Division of the High Court, Accra for failing to comply with a lawful demand of an authorised officer of the office of the Special Prosecutor in the performance of his functions, contrary to section 69(1)(a) of the office of the Special Prosecutor Act, 2017 (Act959).

The primary case is presently under investigation.
