Tema Oil Refinery and Tema Energy and Processing Limited

The Office has initiated an examination of potential corruption risks associated with a proposed partnership agreement between Tema Oil Refinery and Tema Energy and Processing Limited.

Following this, the Special Prosecutor has instructed the management of Tema Oil Refinery to promptly halt the proposed partnership agreement, including ongoing negotiations, operations, and any related activities. This suspension will remain in effect until further guidance is provided by the Special Prosecutor.

As a result of these directives, the agreement has been suspended.
