Statutory Half Yearly Publications
The Office of the Special Prosecutor is required by Section 3 (3) of the Office the Special Prosecutor Act, 2017 (Act 959), as part of its functions, to “on a half-yearly basis, publish cases it has investigated, prosecuted and the number of acquittals, convictions and cases pending."
