Ministry of Health/Service Ghana Auto Group Limited (The Ambulance case)
The Office has launched an investigation into suspected acts of corruption and corruption-related offences linked to a contract awarded by the Ministry of Health.
The contract, which was originally initiated by the Ministry for Special Development Initiatives, was awarded to Service Ghana Auto Group Limited. The investigation focuses on the procurement process and the terms surrounding the award of the contract.
Additionally, the inquiry covers payments made for after-sales services and the maintenance of 307 Mercedes-Benz Sprinter 305 CDI ambulances procured for the National Ambulance Service.
The investigation aims to uncover any irregularities or breaches of anti-corruption laws in relation to the contract and associated financial transactions.
