GloBE Network

Corruption and its negative socio-economic impact are a global reality. Corruption cases quickly become a cross-border affair and mutual legal assistance processes take a long time. A lot of cases involve politically connected persons and are built on sensitive, confidential, or classified information. Anti-corruption law enforcement authorities do not have connections, or relationships of trust, with counterparts across the world. They are not all comfortable with direct cooperation and cannot communicate securely across the world.

The GlobE Network was established to support the need for credible connections, secure information sharing and transnational cooperation on cases among anti-corruption law enforcement authorities globally.

Membership of the GlobE Network is open to any anti-corruption law enforcement authority from UN Member States or State Parties to the UN Convention against Corruption (UNCAC). They could become a member or auxiliary member of the Network.

The OSP joined the GloBE Network in 2023.
