2021 Corruption Perceptions Index
The Office of the Special Prosecutor (SP) has taken note of Ghana's performance on the 2021 Corruption Perceptions Index (CPI) released today by Transparency International (IT). Ghana recorded a score of 43 out of a possible 100, which is the same as Ghana's score for 2020 but improved marginally in the country ranking from 75 in 2020 to 73 out of 180 countries in 2021.
Our stagnant performance is a stark reminder that corruption is and remains a serious and persistent problem. However, the OP is committed to the task of making corruption and corruption-related activities costly enterprises.
