Chief Executive, Deputy Chief Executive (Operations), Deputy Chief Executive (Finance & Administration) Of Northern Development Authority And Chief Executive Of A&Qs Consortium Limited Charged
The Office of the Special Prosecutor (0SP) has charged Mr. Sumaila Abdul-Rahman, Chief Executive of NDA, Mr Stephen Yir-Eru Engmen, Deputy Chief Executive of NDA, Mr Patrick Seidu, Deputy Chief Executive in charge of Finance and Administration of NDA, and Mr Andrew Kuundaru, Chief Executive of A&QS Consortium Limited with conspiracy to commit the offence of directly or indirectly influencing the procurement process to obtain an unfair advantage in the award of a procurement contract.
Mr Sumaila Abdul-Rahman has additionally been charged with the offence of directly or indirectly influencing the procurement process to obtain an unfair advantage in the award of a procurement contract, and also with the offence of corruption by a public officer. Mr Stephen Yir-Eru Engmen, in addition to the conspiracy charge has also been charged with three counts of the offence of directly or indirectly influencing the procurement process to obtain an unfair advantage in the award of a procurement contract, and also with corruption by a public officer.
Mr Patrick Seidu, on his part, has been charged with the offence of directly or indirectly influencing the procurement process to obtain an unfair advantage in the award of a procurement contract, and also with corruption by a public officer.
MR Andrew Kuundari has been charged with the offence of directly or indirectly influencing the procurement process to obtain an unfair advantage in the award of a procurement contract, and also with corruption of a public officer.
