Investigative Journalists Pay Working Visit to the OSP
19 Nov. 2025
A cohort of investigative journalists under the Next Generation Investigative Journalism (NGIJ) Fellowship has paid a working visit to the Office of the Special Prosecutor (OSP) to gain first-hand insight into the Office’s operations.
During the visit, the journalists engaged senior officials on the OSP’s jurisdiction, including what the Office is legally empowered to do and the limits of its mandate. Officials responded to questions, clarified misinformation and common misconceptions about the institution, and outlined key achievements recorded over the past four years under the leadership of the Special Prosecutor, Kissi Agyebeng.
The NGIJ Fellowship is an initiative of the Media Foundation for West Africa (MfWA).
