This section provides information on cases that have been closed by the Office of the Special Prosecutor.

A case may be closed upon the completion of investigations where no offence is disclosed, where there is insufficient evidence to support further action, where a competent court has delivered final judgment, or where any administrative consequence arising from the matter has been complied with.

Closure of a case does not necessarily imply exoneration or culpability but reflects the conclusion of proceedings by the Office in accordance with the law and the evidential thresholds required for prosecution.

No further updates will be provided on closed cases unless legally or administratively required.
